 New Forest National Park  Hampshire is famous for The New Forest & it's nautical history. Southsea & Portsmouth are within easy reach for a day trip, visit the submarine museum & catch a ferry to see Nelson's Victory.

Walking in The New Forest  is the best way to really appreciate it's beauty.

Lymington is a lovely Georgian town which is famous as a sailing resort. Don't miss the  Saturday market in the High Street.

The Wight Link ferry sails from Lymington over to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight

Lymington's Seawater Swimming Baths is an open air lido.  It is the oldest outdoor lido in the UK. It was refurbished in 2010 after a local campaign to keep it open. There is a children's paddling pool & sand pit, inflatable obstacle course, water zorbs, kayaks, stand up paddles.

The Solent Way  is close by with wonderful cliff top walks walks along the coast opposite the Isle of Wight.

Walking & Cycling in the peace of the New Forest is ideal for families - ponies, cattle & donkeys roam freely.

Beaulieu house & village with the famous motor museum is a short drive away through the forest.

Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway. A spectacular 200 acre site, world-famous for the Rothschild Collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and rare trees and shrubs. Let the train take the strain on a 20 minute journey around the gardens or ride a chauffeur driven buggy to tour the Gardens. New children's play area.

Timeless Milford on Sea close by with it's famous fete & parade on the village green on August Bank Holiday week-end & Gourmet restaurants.

Christchurch & Bournemouth easy drives for a day out or the theatre in Bournemouth. Southampton with it's busy shopping centre & malls approx 30 mins drive.
